About Black Talent Database
Black Talent Database is a sister company of Black Virtual Career Fair (BVCF) which launched in 2019 as a joint venture of two Black professional organizations: the African American Employee Network (AAEN), a communications network serving and supporting African American professionals in the area of information, events (education, networking) and career development; and Onyx Community Connection (Onyx), a Black professionals organization committed to amplifying Black excellence through regular business, social and community service events and communications. Black Talent Database was launched to provide additional value through its year long, automatically updating job board and career community. These tools help futher the collective mission of providing knowledge and opportunities to underrepresented professionals.

Our mission is to provide career advancement and leadership opportunities for Black professionals. We do this through our job board and career events that streamline the recruitment process and target a growing audience of talented Black professionals and allies.
